all framing materials, doors, windows, roofing and siding to

Yes,
Viceroy homes can be delivered to all States in the US and any
location world-wide. Delivery is included in the price list
for each State. There are no additional transportation charges. |

is the time from ordering to delivery? |

If
you make no changes in the standard design you will receive
initial drawings in 2-3 weeks after placing a firm order and
deposit. When you approve the design and authorize production,
it takes 3-4 weeks to manufacture the house. Transportation
is a few days. Making any change requires additional design
time and might include a two-step design process, adding 5-8
weeks. |

Can you manufacture custom homes? |

Yes,
virtually any design can be manufactured. A no-obligation, firm
cost quotation will be provided in about one week. You must
provide adequate information showing floorplans, elevations,
cross-sections, roof pitch and complete dimensions. Also, your
specifications including any local building code requirements
must also be provided. |

Yes.
The Viceroy catalog provides 100 designs in several different
design themes (Country, Traditional, Victorian, Contemporary
and Panoramic). You will probably find one which you like in
this collection. |

I make changes to Viceroy designs? |

You
can make the houses larger or smaller, change window size and
style (only Viceroy made), add or eliminate interior walls,
add porches, decks and garages. You can change virtually anything,
however additional time will be required to finalize your design. |

Does it cost anything additional to make changes? |
| A |
You
receive one design change at no charge (two if complex change).
If the change adds material, there is a charge for what is added
or a price reduction for material removed. |

Yes,
Viceroy homes have been constructed in the US for over 40 years.
